Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like earrings, hosiery, and opened intimacy sets cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the printed return form inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized collection point or courier office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
